impeach an expressed power of the legislature that allows for formal charges against a civil officer of government for crimes committed in office.
quorum the minimum number of members of a deliberative assembly(a body that uses parliamentary procedure, such as a legislature) necessary to conduct the business of that group
pocket veto if the President takes no action on a bill within ten days, it becomes a law without his signature, providing Congress is in session. This is what happens when Congress is not in session before the 10-day period.
