The First Amendment Gives the Americans freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and the right to petition against the Government.
The Second Amendment Guarantees the right to bear arms.
The Third Amendment Prohibits the Government from forcing people to provide shelter for soldiers in their homes.
The Fourth Amendment The right to be protected against illegal search and seizure.

The Tenth Amendment Gives the states all basic rights.

due process principle in the 5th Amendment stating that the Government must follow proper constitutional procedures in trials and in other actions it takes against individuals.
probable cause a reasonable basis to believe a person or premises is linked to a crime.
prior restraint Government censorship of information before it is published or broadcasted.
