What are the purposes of the relief agencies CCC, FERA, and the WPA?The CCC was designed to keep America's young men in check by giving them jobs for a dollar a day serving and protecting the country's wildlife. FERA gave money to agencies helping the poor to distribute. The WPA gave jobs to adult professionals doing things like making clothes, putting on plays, and making murals for schools.
