Montville Township Board of Educationhernandez reports a CEPA about repeated health and safety violations in the school - got fired - the jury awarded $44,00 for lost wages, $150,000 for emotional distress - the judge granted JNOV, hernandez wins nothing - hernandez appeals, the trial court did make an error and called for a new trial for punitive damages and consideration of interest plus what he won before
