Censure, suspend or revoke a licenseAt lease 20 days before the hearing the REC must notify the licensee in wirting of: 1. the date of the hearing. 2. the location of the hearing. 3. an exact statement of the charges. the licensee can be heard in person or by counsel. Notice of hearing can be delivered personally ot the licensee of sent registered or certified mail to the last known business address of the licensee. If the licensee is an assoc broker the employing broker will be notified.
Censure, suspend or revoke a licensethe licensee can request a description of the facts that are the basis for the hearing. The REC must provice facts within 10 days of the request.
Censure, suspend or revoke a licensethe licensee must file a sworn answer to the charges within 20 days from the time the complaint is werved. The answer must contain all of the defenses the licensee intends to use at the hearing.
