There are no " cuss words" Quizlet has a filter process. Which I agree with for all intensive purposes. Now that is said. These sets are usually set up in groups of approximately 40 words. Sometimes more, sometimes less. TAKE YOUR time with the vocabulary each set should take about a word a day maybe a word every two days to learn. Of course you can go faster or slower if you want, the main thing is not to get discouraged. The concepts to my sets is 1. Acquire a vast vocabulary, worry about making sentences later, it will come naturally. 2. Use of phrase memorization to appease the sense of accomplishment in the short term. 3. If you want and inch go for a mile. So some sets will seem extremely over kill on topic. 4. Vocabularies are topic oriented. You will not get colors and numbers together in my sets. This is because we want the brain to focus on one thing to make for better retention. 5. The Spanish will always be first because that makes the brain put the emphasis on it rather than the English. 6. Where there is grammar it will be in simple rules. 7. I will try to give you exercises to assist you in your learning of the Spanish Language. 8. This Spanish is geared toward South American Spanish Ie Ecuador in particular, when there is a difference in the language usage. So while I do encourage feed back and discussion please no semantics over shades of dialect thank you. Basically all Spanish has its roots in Spain Spanish with many variations in word usage in the different dialects. So have fun, if you look at this as being hard or a have to do thing just quit now save your time and go do what ever it is you really want to do. You will find life more enjoyable that way. But if you really want to learn Spanish then believe in yourself and make it a fun adventure. These sets have helped me in learning to speak Spanish where other courses have failed due to complicated grammar rules and declensions. You should use these sets in the following manner A. Go through them listening and reading and SPEAKING both the Spanish and English first. remember only one word per day so you will have to listen then back up to hear the same card again. B. Then make the cards two sided where only one is visible at a time. When you hear the Spanish say the English side outloud and same for the English Side say the Spanish outloud C. Use the Speller and other games at the end of each set. Do this till you get at least an 80 % or better you will have a working knowledge of Spanish words in no time flat. D. Try to use the word or phrase through out the day E. This whole process will take you only 5- 10 minutes per day, except for when you finish a set the games will take you about an hour but 1 hour every 40 plus days is not so bad to fit in your schedule is it? 10.
