FAQ: How can teachers and schools best organize their Quizlet materials?
Many teachers and school administrators have asked us for advice on organizing their Quizlet study materials. Here are some options and ideas:
- Teachers, under their own usernames, can create groups for each of their classes or subjects, and use those groups to share flashcards with their students.
- Teachers can create a ‘faculty group’ to share flashcard sets with other faculty members. When any faculty member creates a new flash card set, they can allow editing only by other members of this faculty group, enabling colleagues but not students to add or update material.
- Administrators (or teachers) can create a school-wide Quizlet account and then organize flash card sets (by subject, grade level, class) using Quizlet’s subject tagging system.
