The Center for Safe and Responsible Internet use says cyberbullying is "using the internet or other mobile devices to send or post harmful or cruel text or images to bully others. Washington State prohibits bullying either verbally, physically or electronically on or off campus that threatens a student and impairs his or her capacity to learn in school. --Mrs. K |
