  1. Fructose: Monosaccharide found in root vegitables, honey, and fruit.
  2. Galactose: Monosaccharide (I think) found in beet sugar (I think)
  3. Glucose: Monosaccharide. Most common blood sugar
  4. Lactose: Disaccharide made up of a molocule of galactose and a molocule of glucose. Milk sugar.
  5. Maltose: Disaccharide made up of two glucose molocules. Commonly known as malt sugar.
  6. Sucrose: Disaccharide made up of a molocule of glucose and a molocule of fructose found in sugar cane and sugar beets. Commonly used as table sugar.
