- OCCIPITAL: Eye sockets
- PECTORAL: Ventral chest and breast regions between the sternum and the shoulder
- RICTAL BRISTLES: Bristlelike feathers around the corner of the mouth
- SACRAL: The region between the crests of the pelvis, the fused bones of the synsacrum
- SCAPULARS: Feathers that overlie the scapula bone at the base of the dorsal wing, also called the HUMERAL REGION
