If u have a brush made out of straw, u cant use it bec. the brissles might brake, or if u have a broom made from dried twigs it is not aloud(Rama says this) because it will also brake(ps this is part of Mikalkel). So,this broom is not a Pesick Raisha because it may not brake, however u cant be leniant with this brush because using it is a weekday activity(washing stuff is a weekday thing) so instead of using a brush your aloud to use your hand to lighly clean clothes. |

To Deturmene if this is Asure or not a person needs to take a six things into account: (1) If its Bishogaig(it Muture) or if its Bimaizid(Asure)? (2)is this an Asure Dioraisa(From the Torah), or is it Diribunun? (3) if its for me(Asure), or if its for others(Muture)? (4)Is this considered something Meyuchad from the Rabanun( this means that we have to be more more strict on things bec.usually we are more leniant with something that is Asure)? (5)From the time that this happened you have to wait two hrs after shabbos to start using that article. |
