Sucrose Disaccharide made up of a molocule of glucose and a molocule of fructose found in sugar cane and sugar beets. Commonly used as table sugar.
Fructose Monosaccharide found in root vegitables, honey, and fruit.
Glucose Monosaccharide. Most common blood sugar
Maltose Disaccharide made up of two glucose molocules. Commonly known as malt sugar.
Lactose Disaccharide made up of a molocule of galactose and a molocule of glucose. Milk sugar.
Galactose Monosaccharide (I think) found in beet sugar (I think)
