Enforcement The act of compelling compliance with a law, regulation, policy, or guideline.
Financial Security The acquisition of adequate resources, through saving and investing, to ensure that the financial needs of oneself and one's family members are adequately met for the duration of one's life.

Moratorium A suspension of the required performance of a specific obligation, such as the temporary suspension of payments by a debtor
Mortality Rate The proportion of deaths in a specific area in relation to the total population of that area.
Natural Disaster A natural occurrence, such as a flood, earthquake, hurricane, or volcanic eruption, that is considered a disaster because of its severe negative impoact on people, places, and possessions.
Poverty The condition of lacking and adequate amount of money, belongings, and/or means of financial support.
Poverty-Stricken Extremely poor.
Privatization To change from government or public ownership or control to private ownership or control.
Public Interest Regarded as being beneficial to the majority of people in the same social system.
Restructuring The altering of the structure of something.
Security The state of being and feeling secure and experiencing freedom from anxiety and fear.
Taxes Fees required by a government to be paid in order to generate funds for common matters.
Third World The region of the world containing a high concentration of underdeveloped or emergent countries.
Tsunami A giant wave caused by an earthquake at the bottom of the sea or by a volcanic eruption.
World Bank A large financial institution that provides loans and grants annually to more than 100 countries to foster development activities and ssist with disaster relief, among other goals.
