Cardiovascular endurance The ability of your body to use oxygen over a period of time.
Flexibility The ability to move through a full range of motion.
Body composition The amount of fat and lean tissue in the body.
Agility The ability to move and change directions quickly.
To find heart rate Take pulse for 15 seconds and multipy by 4.
To find MAX. heart rate 220 subtract your age.
220 subtract your age multiplied by 0.75. To find target heart rate
A person should exercise At least 3 times a week for 30 minutes at target heart rate.
The range for body fat in men is Optimal:10%--20%,over fat:21%--29%,obese:30% and up.
The range for body fat in women is Optimal:14%--25%,over fat:26%--34%,obese:35% and up.
Syslostic blood pressure The highest pressure exerted by the blood in the artery.
Dylostic blood pressure The lowest pressure exerted by the blood in the artery.
Syslotic desirable range 110-140.
Diastolic desirable range 60-90.
One pound of fat contians 3500 calories.
Cholesterol levels Good:200 and under,Borderline:200--239,High240 and up.
