What is hydroplaning and what should you do when this happens?
Hydroplaning: wet road surfaces can cause the tires to ride up on a film of water

Do not brake or accelerate suddenly. Since hydroplaning is a loss of traction to the front tires sudden braking slows the front tires but locks the rear tires which can cause a spin out. Slowly and gradually ease your foot off the pedal and gain control of your vehicle.
What is the process/difference of parking uphill and parking downhill?
Uphill: turn your tires away from the curb

Downhill: turn your tires toward the curb
