Freedom of speech
The right to bear arms (right to own a gun)

Police must have get a search warrant from the courts in order to search your house
Guarantee of due-process of law;
The right to a fair and "speedy" trial;

Right to trial by jury in civil cases

Person cannot be convicted of or punished for the same crime twice
6th Amendment - representation
The right to have a lawyer
Government can't make an "official" religion for the United States or make any religion illegal
Free Exercise Clause
Government can't prevent the practice of any religion
8th Amendment - $$ to get out of jail
no excessive or unreasonable bail
5th Amendment - Eminent Domain
Government can take your private property in order to benefit the public as long as they pay you a fair price for it.
