Adductor Group
A muscle group that allows you to draw your legs to midline of your
Biceps Femoris
is a double-headed muscle located on the back of thigh.
Brachialis
a muscle in the upper arm that flexes the elbow joint.
Cardiac Muscle
A type of muscle tissue that is found only in the heart and is distinguishable from the two other forms of muscle, smooth muscle (that moves internal organs, such as the bowels, and vessels, such as the artery walls) and skeletal muscle (that powers joints). Cardiac muscle is responsible for pumping blood throughout the body.
Fibularis Group
a group of muscles in the leg. Also called the peroneus muscle group. While the muscle group exists in many variations, it is normally composed of three muscles: peroneus longus, brevis and tertius.

Semimembranosus
a large muscle of the inner part and back of the thigh that arises by a thick tendon from the back part of the tuberosity of the ischium, is inserted into the medial condyle of the tibia, and acts to flex the leg and rotate it medially and to extend the thigh.
Semitendinosus
is one of three hamstring muscles that are located at the back of the thigh. The other two are the semimembranosus muscle and the biceps femoris
Soleus
Like the two-bellied muscle that lies over it, this muscle is a plantar flexor
Sternocleidomastoid
Prime mover of head flexion; a two-headed muscle
Temporalis
Synergist muscle for jaw closure
Tibialis Anterior
Inverts and dorsiflexes the foot
Triceps Brachii
a large muscle that extends the entire length of the posterior surface of the humerus
Vastus Intermedius
Part of the quadriceps; extends the knee
Vastus Lateralis
Part of the quadriceps; extends the knee
Vastus Medialis
Part of the quadriceps; extends the knee
