Augmented Matrix
An augmented matrix contains the coefficients and constants from a system of equations.
Determinant
The determinant of a square matrix is a real number that can be computed from its elements according to a specific formula.
Dilation
A dilation is a transformation that can change the size of a figure. When the center of the dilation is the origin, you can use scalar multiplication to find the coordinates of the vertices of an image.

Scalar multiplication is an operation that multiplies a matrix A by a scalar c. To find the resulting matrix cA, multiply each element of A by c.
Variable Matrix
When representing a system of equations with a matrix equation, the matrix containing the variables of the system is the variable matrix.
Zero Matrix
It is the additive identity matrix for the set of all m X n matrices.
