What are your strengths?
I'm very organized, I learn quickly, and I'm detail oriented.
I work well both alone and with a team.
What are your weaknesses?
I used to have a difficult time communicating with people, but my past careers in retail have improved that and I'm 100% comfortable with it now. Same with talking on the phone, before my current job I had a difficult time with that but again, I've grown to love it.
Why do you want to work at this company?
I like to work for local companies. I'm also very interested in holistic solutions in healthcare so I was incredibly excited to see that mentioned on your website. It's great that you're taking that approach to help people and I'd love to work in an environment that helps people out in that way.
Why are you leaving your last job?
There are many pieces in my life that are changing and evolving right now, and work needs doing the same. I'm getting married this year, saving for a house, I just recently graduated college. So currently I'm looking for a more structured work environment and overall more of a challenge. My current job doesn't challenge me. Not only that, but I'm in need of a full time position as well. I'm ready to take on some new responsibilities.
Why should we hire you?
I'm a great worker, I'm very social. I never stop learning. I'm very organized, it's always been something I enjoy doing. I also have administrative, office, and computer experience.
What qualities do you look for in a boss?
Fair and encouraging
What do you like about your job?
I like that I can create my own way of doing things, and as long as it works then my boss is okay with me doing things that way. I love the independence that comes with my job. I like that I am trusted just to do things without being supervised.
What do you dislike about your job?
I dislike the fact that this job doesn't challenge me. I'm alone most of the day besides phone communications, so I'm really looking forward to interacting with people more.
How does your experience apply to this job?
I'm used to administrative tasks and office environments. With my current job I'm on the phone with clients quite a bit, helping them out in any way I can. I do data entry for listings, and I have lots of computer experience.
What would your boss ask you to do differently?
I think she would want me to actually become a licensed real estate agent so I could help her more outside the office.
What would your boss say about you if asked?
She would say I'm a hard worker. Organized. Always on time and trustworthy.
