are pairs of words used to connect words or phrases in a sentence. Correlative conjunctions include both.. and, either... or,neither... nor,and...not only... but also
coordinating conjuctions
is a single word used to connect parts of a sentence, such as words or phrases. And, but, or, so, yet, for, and nor are used as coordinating conjuctions
is a word or group of words that express strong feeling. It has no grammatical connection to any other words in the sentence.
