Crowd Psychology
Relates to the behaviours and thought processes of both the individual crowd members and the crowd as an entity.
Crowd Behaviour
Heavily influenced by the loss of responsibility of the individual and the impression of universality of behaviour.
Types of Crowds
There are 4: Casual, conventional, expressive and aggressive.
Classified crowds as spectator,demonstrator,or escaping,to correlate to the purpose for gathering.
Aggressive Mobs
Are often violent and outwardly focused.
Escapist Mobs
Are characterized by a large number of panicked people trying to get out of a dangerous situation.
