Ionic: formed when electrons are transferred from one atom to another atom. The two atoms formed are called ions.

Covalent: formed when atoms share electrons. They are stable and really strong.
Compare and contrast covalent and ionic bond.
Organic molecule.
Molecules that contain carbon and hydrogen and are usually larger.
Inorganic molecule.
Generally do not contain carbon and are usually smaller.

What are the building blocks of carbohydrates?
Eukaryotic: have a nucleus, specialized, internal membrane bound organelles, specialized compartments, in plants, animals, fungi, and protists, 10x larger

Prokaryotic: no nucleus, no specialized compartments, present in bacteria
Compare and contrast eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells.
Plant have chloroplasts and a cell wall

Animal have cell wall and lysosomes

Both have mitochondria
Compare and contrast plant and animal cells.
