Anaphylactic - Antigen expose once activates B-lymphocytes produces IgE binds to mast cells and basophils. Second exposure causes cross-linking of IgE and antigen causing the release of histamines.
-Initial phase evident 5-30mins and resolve w/in 1 hour.
-Late phase response 4-6 hr can cause tissue damage.
