Why work at chipotle?
I've always respected chipotle's "food with integrity" stance. Not once have i had any bad experiences with ordering food before either, even when it was rush times. All employees always gets their tasks done and looks like they have fun doing it as well. This has came to my complete interest. I would love to become part of the team.
What are your ambitions,goals,&dreams?
Since i was about 10 years old my mother owned child cares for children of all ages, i was allowed to help them with learning and helping them grow. I would love more than anything to work with children and owning my own child care facility too one day.
Where do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years?
In the next few years, i would love to have finished high school and moved on to college to become a business woman and pursuing in my dreams to become a child care owner.
What do you think about working with teams and working alone?
I feel that teamwork provides a more friendly work place and environment, it also increases work efficiency (two heads are always better than one) On the other hand i am more than capable of completing multiple tasks on my own, its also easier for me to concentrate and its more hands on.
In your opinion, what is the difference between a job and a career?
A job is something one does short-term to earn extra cash and a Career is something you invest most of your time into long-term in pursuits of ambitions.
What does "Food Integrity" mean to you?
"Food Integrity" highlights its efforts in using more organic ingredients and serves more naturally raised meats.
Do you know the founder of Chipotles Mexican grill?
Yes, I believe his name is Steve Ells. He is Chipotles Mexican Grills all american businessman.
What is the nicest thing you've ever done for someone?
The nicest thing i have ever done for someone would have to be offering my food to someone else who couldn't afford it. Watching someone starve to me is very heart breaking, I know she needed it more than i did even though i was still hungry, i awaited the day until i got home to eat.
If a customer asks for double meat without paying, what would you do?
I would clearly tell the customer that it is against store policy to allow double meat for free. I would insure that the double meat charge goes directly to the bill and ask the customer if they would like to continue?
What does it mean to be a leader?
Being a leader means setting an example for everyone else that would be in the workplace, help teaching the other employees leadership skills and taking responsibility and accountability for everything in the domain. Being leader does not being loved by everyone but to always do the right things.
How would you feel about working fast pace?
I think i could proudly manage to work at a fast work place while getting things done with be just fine with me, It's all about team effort.
What does "Customer Service" mean to you?
"Customer Service" means going above and beyond of what the customer expects, to make sure they always come back. If simply that means to have short conversations with the customer or preparing a special menu item for them. Always aiming for them to leave with a smile on their faces.
