Sterilized gauze is placed over the wound with antibiotic ointment. Dressing may be changed every 12 to 24 hours or every 14 days

Sunburn, 1 degree
Partial Thickness Deep Burn
Blister and some residue, 2nd degree
Full Thickness Burn
Non painful, burned through nerves, 3rd degree
