Salvation
Forgiveness of sins and restoration of friendship with God, which can be done by God alone
Passion
Suffering and death of Jesus. Passion or Palm Sunday begins Holy Week during which the annual liturgical celebration of the Paschal Mystery takes place.
Resurrection
The triumph of Jesus over death on the third day after his crucifixion. Christ's risen body is real, but glorified, not restrained by space or time. Confirms the "saving" "redeeming" and "liberating" powers of Jesus and the truth of his divinity

Incarnation
The second person of the Holy Trinity assumed our human nature, taking flesh in the womb of the Virgin Mary. There is one Person in Jesus and that is the divine Person of the Son of God. Jesus has two nature, a human one and a divine one.
Holiness
A state of goodness in which a person lives in communion with God, who is the father, Son and Holy Spirit and a life of prayer is freed from sin and evil
Consubstantial
"of the same substance" "of the same nature" The Catholic Church uses this term to teach that Jesus is of the same nature as the Father. She does this to assert her faith that Jesus is truly God, truly divine.
Evangelist
Proclaiming the word of the Gospel.
Solidarity
love for all peoples that transcends national, racial, ethnic, economic, and ideological differences. To be in union with someone else, fight for the rights of others. It respects the needs of others and the common good in an independent world.
Compassion
In the Bible, the English word is a translation of a Greek word meaning 'womb' and of Hebrew word that is also translated as 'mercy'. Quality of a person who so closely identifies with the suffering and condition of another person that the suffering of the other becomes their own, or 'enters their womb'. Latin roots mean 'suffering with'
Discernment
Practice of looking out for the presence and the working of the Spirit in our life. Another word for common sense and how to act.
Apologist
A defendant of the Christian faith by writing or speaking of it.
Beatitude
Happiness or blessedness, especially the eternal happiness of heaven, which is described as the vision of God.
Charism
Special graces, gifts, or talents of the Holy Spirit given to us by God.
Sin
An offense against God as well as against reason, truth, and right conscience, in which a person freely and knowingly chooses evil over good. Mortal or venial. Mortal is when 'we consciously and freely choose to do something grave against the divine law and and contrary to our final destiny' Venial is a less serious offense.

The actualization of God's will for human beings proclaimed by Jesus Christ as a community of peace, mercy, and love, the seed of which is the Church and the fulfillment of which is in eternity

The movie Pay it Forward and The Secret Garden. It is a lifelong process that we slowly develop more and more to make a positive outcome. To have a conversion in your heart where your no longer looking through your eyes from a politician view, but through the eyes of Jesus.

Living forever with God in the happiness of Heaven, entered after death by the souls of those who die in the grace and friendship of God.

Vocation
Our God given duty. What God calls us to do. A call given to you by God.
Steward
Someone who is a messager, given a gift from God. Example: I am a steward of my gift of being an athlete.
Grace
God's unconditional love for us, he showed us this when he sent his son to die on the cross for us.
