(3.3.1) A person would commit the offense of "__________" under the PC, if he intentionally or knowingly offers, confers, or agrees to confer on another, or solicits, accepts, or agrees to accept from another: any benefit as consideration for the recipient's decision, opinion, recommendation, vote, or other exercise of discretion as a public servant, party official, or voter. A motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, or combination of those vehicles shall be equipped with brakes. Trailer, semitrailer, or pole trailer, are not required to have brakes if: gross weight is 4,500 pounds or less, or gross weight is heavier than 4,500 pounds but not heavier than 15,000 pounds drawn at speeds no more than 30mph. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
