Clinical features: facial angiofibromas (nose), ungual or periungual fibromas (nailbeds), shagreen patches (back and neck), ash-leaf spots (skin), tubers (potato-like growth in brain), cardiac rhabdomyomas, angiolipoma (kidney)
Oral: enamel pitting (facial ant. perm. teeth), multiple fiborous papules, gingival hyperplasia, fiborous prolif (jawbones)
