Don't feel like they can take control of the situation, so if you are not prepared do not answer anything you don't know. You can always reschedule, and even if they say are on deadline, etc. you just assure them that you want to only provide the correct/real information. (If you have a prepared statement you can give that)

Explain satisfy and steer. Why are both elements important?
Using the "satisfy and steer" method of responding to questions allows us to satisfy the interviewer's question, but also communicate our message. Although you can't guess what the interviewer is looking for, you can still communicate your message by using your accomplishment stories in your responses to the interviewer's questions.
When we conduct media relations about CSR what are the special considerations that we need to take? What is the reporters perspective and what is the right way to approach. Why is that a challenge with the media.
-That the company conducting the CSR is trying to cover something up
-Reporter is suspicious and it is their job to uncover lies so it is important to follow the cardinal rule of media relations: "Never Lie"
-That is a challenge for the media because the media knows PR people have prepped for any questions that media might have/the fact that journalists are suspicious, so therefore they are equipped to handle it.
What is so challenging about managing media relations about an issue that comes up around/through/because of social media.
Social media is challenging because it is happening real-time and is ever changing. Additionally, issues surrounding social media can reach so many more people quickly.
