Heart
Acts as the main organ of circulation.
Atria
Receives blood from the anterior and posterior vena cava, sends it to the ventricle.
Ventricle
Receives blood from atria, sends it to conus arteriosus.
Conus arteriosus
Artery: Receives blood from the ventricle, sends it to the truncus arteriosus.
Truncus arteriosus
Artery: Receives blood from the conus arteriosus, sends it to the rest of the body.
Common carotid
Artery: Receives blood from the truncus arteriosus, sends it to the carotid gland.
