The Views in Microsoft powerpoint 2010 lets you edit, Print, and deliver your Presentation. You can find Powerpoint Views in 2 places- 1. On the View tab, in the presentation views and master view groups. 2. On an easy to use bar at the bottom of the powerpoint window where the main views ( Normal, Slide sorter, reading and slide show) are available.
What is the difference in using slide shows tab and F5 to view your presentation?
Slideshow tab shows the slideshow from the currently open slide, whereas, on pressing F5key on the keyboard lets you view the presentation from the first slide.

Slide Sorter View shows the thumbnails of all your slides.
Rulers are vertical and horizontal guides in a slide.
Zooming in makes the slide larger so you can focus on an object.
