the repeated pattern of loss and regain of body weight; common in people who follow fad diets

minerals that can help maintain the body's fluid balance such as sodium, chloride and potassium
REHYDRATION
restoring lost body fluids; drink 16 oz. of fluid for every pound of body weight lost through sweat

very large amount of a dietary supplement

chemical substance from plants that may be sold as a dietary supplement
