When preparing to take a photograph what do you need to consider for your type of shot?
the appropriate type of shot, that major "parts" are not cut off in the photo, how much of the background do you want or need to see
What is the difference between a long shot and an extreme long shot?
An extreme long shot shows a great deal of the background. The background is critical in telling the story of that photo. Whereas, a longshot contains very little of the background, but is a head to toe shot of the CVI
What is a medium shot?
This type of shot is from the waist up.
What is a close up shot?
This type of shot only shows the CVI from the shoulders up.
What is an extreme close up?
This type of shot focuses solely on the face and eyes of the CVI. This is an excellent type of shot for capturing emotion.

use a flash to minimize shadows, do not photograph on a gray or cloudy day, do not place your subject in front of a light source
