The middle section in a pop or rock song. There is usually an instrumental solo or added lyrics in an interlude. An interlude is also called bridge.
Coda
Closing section or end of a song.
Fade
Studio technique of gradually lowering the volume at the end of the song
Verse
part of pop/rock song that tells the story
Tempo
the speed at which a musical composition is performed
