Bass Clef
Also called F clef. It is used for voicing or playing notes below middle C

located at the end of music
Time Signature - top number
tells how many beats are in a measure
Dynamics
Indicates how loud or soft the music should be performed
Pianissimo
to sing or play very soft
Piano
to sing or play soft
Mezzo Piano
to sing or play medium soft
Mezzo Forte
to sing or play medium loud
Forte
to sing or play loud
Fortissimo
to sing or play very loud
Crescendo
gradually get louder
Decrescendo
gradually get softer
Time signature- Bottom number
tells what note gets the beat

The speed of music
Tie
To connect two notes of the same pitch.
Fermata
To hold the note longer than the original note value.
Patriotic song
A song about our country. For example, The Star-Spangled Banner.
Recorder
A woodwind instrument. It belongs in the woodwind family of instruments.
