Posture and Alignment
Mechanicaly efficient placement of the joints of the body. Weight evenly on the feet, knees bend over toes, back has curves but not forces, shoulders relaxed.
The ability of your joints to move through a full range of motion. Having flexibility in your muscles allows for more movement around the joints.
Is the capacity to exert a muscle contraction agains resistance.
Is the endurance of either the muscles or the heart and breathing. Ability to keep going.
Being stable whilst being still and during movement. Using centre to manage weight placement.
Ability to know what your body is doing whilst moving.

Using the whole body even i the emphasis is not on a particular body part.

Knowing where the body parts are in space in relation to the rest of the body.
