The risk assessment or process sheet defining Standard Work will tell you what PPE is required.
Who should provide you with any personal protective equipment (PPE) you are required to use, as well as need, including the way to maintain it?
Your employer is required to provide you with all required personal protective equipment at no cost to the employee; provided however, the employee does not lose or intentionally damage the PPE.

Personal protective equipment (PPE)
Equipment designed to protect the user from injury or illness related to an occupational risk or hazard.
What is the employees responsibility with regard to PPE?
The employee is responsible for using, properly storing and reporting damage or loss of personal protection equipment (PPE) to the supervisor or Safety Director.
What should you do if your personal protective equipment (PPE) gets damaged?
If the PPE is damaged while it is being used, the damaged equipment should be returned so that it can be replaced with a new equipment. Never continue working without the proper personal protective equipment.
Does the employee have to pay for required personal protective equipment (PPE)?
No. If the equipment is required for the job, the employer will pay for it. If the PPE is optional, the employer does not have to pay for it. The only time an employee would have to pay for required PPE is if the employee loses the PPE or takes it home and forgets to return it. In the case of loss or intentional damage, BLOX may charge the employee a replacement fee equal to the cost of the equipment. An employee is not permitted to work without proper PPE.
