the most common cause of eye pain is
trauma
differential dx of red eye are
conjunctivitis; hordeolum; glaucoma; iritis; corneal abrasions; dry eyes, keratitis sicca; subconjunctival hemorrhage
bacterial conjunctivitis has
purulent thick discharge, crusted lids in the am
allergic conjunctivitis has
stringy mucoid discharge
viral conjunctivitis has
