Composition

Continuous function
A function that can be graphed with no breaks, holes , or gaps.
Dilation
shrink/expand graph vertically/horizontally
Domain
the "x" values possible on a graph, the input values of a function
End behavior
describes what happens to the value of f(x) as x increases or decreases without bound
Even function
Function that is symmetric with respect to the y-axis
Extrema
the highest/ lowest points in a graph. (absolute maximum/minimum, relative maximum/minimum)
Function
A relation that assigns to each element in the domain exactly one element in the range
