1. Write/ Have available the BIG 5
2. Write your 5 variables with FUNDAMENTAL UNITS kg, m, s, m/s; if necessary ⇒ convert!!!
3. Write the EQUATION of the variable that is not mentioned in the problem.
4. ISOLATE desired variable using letters.
5. Plug in the numbers and SOLVE
6. BOX the right answer.

Pablo begins to accelerate at 5.0 m/s2. How far does Pablo accelerate to catch up to the Joseph Mitchell? What is the final velocity of Pablo's car? answer in mps and mph.
