In this conflict, a character or a group of characters are in conflict and fight against a larger group. The character is fighting against social traditions or rules. This could include fighting for freedom, rights, or for a cause.
Character vs. supernatural
This is the type of conflict where a character struggles against a supernatural force.
Character vs. Technology
In this type of conflict, a character struggles with any type of technology that is doing harm.
The place and time where something happens or where something is positioned.
The physical location, someplace you can see on a map, like a city, state, street, building, or room.
The point in time something happens, A time you can point to on a calendar such as the 90's, a date like August, 18 2015.

Character vs. self is the only type of conflict that fits in this category. When a character has a struggle within themselves.

How the author describes a character using appearance, actions, speech, thoughts and feelings, and relationships.
Comes after the topic sentence in a PIE paragraph. It is a quote or piece of evidence that is introduced correctly. The quote helps prove your point.

First sentence in a PIE paragraph. Introduces the main idea of the paragraph and what the author is saying about it.
