Symptoms of heat stroke
Hot, sweaty, red skin, confusion and disorientation, rapid pulse
Treating heat stroke
1) Get medical attention immediately, 2) lower body temperature by getting shade, loosen clothing, give small amounts of cool water, pour water on person and fan, and if available wrap ice packs in layer and place in armpits, neck, and groin.

Symptoms of blisters
A hot spot is a warning that a blister is forming.
1) Place gel pads over hot spot and/or apply a moleskin. Change bandages daily to keep clean and prevent infection.
Treating bee sting
Scrape away the stinger with the edge of a clean knife blade. Don't squeeze it (increases venom). Use ice pack to reduce swelling.
Treating tick bites
Remove with tweezers by pulling out gently. Wash with soap and water and apply antiseptic. Save tick to test for lymes disease.

3) No medication (sedatives, aspirin)
