Amendment process for Constitution (Constitutional convention)
If three fifths of the members in each house of the general assembly approve, there can be a call to a constitutional convention, which the voters can approve or disapprove. If a such call doesn't happen in 20 years, a call is automaticlly put before voters.
Amendment process for Constitution
If three fifths of each house of the general assembly approve amendment can be proposed by the general assembly. These must be submitted to the voters atthe next general election. No more than three can be offered to the voters at one time.

MUst be 21 years old or older, a resident of the district for two years , and a citizen.
Requirements to be in Executive branch
must be a U.S citizen, at least 25 years old, and a resident of the state three years before the election.
Requirements to be in Judicial branch
must be a licensed attorney of the state and residents of the districts from which they were elected.Must devote full time to their judicial duties and may not engage in law practice or hold another office.
