Written Comm - Any written, printed, broadcast (radio or tv), and graphic comm. Graphic is anything electronic media (texts, videos, audio, emails, website, CDs, faxes).
Oral Comm - Oral comm are live and in real time. Comm that are live and retransmitted using graphic communications methods to a live audience are still considered oral comm. Discussions between registered persons and customers regarding the new offering are not permitted until after the filing date.
Research Reports - If it includes info about a new offering, a RR could be considered a prospectus in violation of the '33 Act.
Advertising - An advert campaign related to the offering would not be permitted.
Internal Syndicate Memo - These are not allowed to be distributed to customers.
