Can you tell us a little about yourself?
I am a Mililani High School graduate with an associates degree in electronics from a closed school in Las Vegas. I have 2 kids ages 17 and 21, 2 ex-wives, 1 ex-stepson, a current girlfriend who has a 15 year old daughter. In my civilian life I work as a network administrator for Outrigger Enterprises group. Prior to that, I was a systems administrator for a bunch of companies, and before that, a computer and printer technician at more places. I have been working with computers for going on 20 years and still loving it. I love the beach and the outdoors, and would love to be able to enjoy more out of life when I have the time. A lot of my free time I enjoy getting involved with the special needs kids be it in the special olympics or even camps, dances, etc.
How do you feel about the Physical Fitness Program in the Guard and how can we improve it?
I feel that the physical fitness program in the guard is needed for our airmen. In order to improve on it we need to have more pt during our drills; whether it is as a unit or by sections. In this way we would be able to tell whether an individual airman is having issues passing the pt test.
How do you believe this promotion will help you and your section?
I feel that my being promoted will help me by giving me more responsibility in learning to work with my fellow airmen. In turn, my promotion will help my section by allowing me to help the younger airmen as a junior nco, as well as helping take the load off of the senior nco's in tasks.
What are your thoughts on the possibility of being called to active duty and what do you think of this?
When I re-enlisted in the Air Force National Guard, I already had the mindset that I may be called to active duty if my help was needed. I would definitely be fine with this as I know that it will help my country, state, my community, all the way down to my family.
Why do you want to be promoted?

Why do you think you should be promoted?
I feel that I've put in my time and have enough knowledge to be put in a lead position. I feel that my fellow airman do respect me and will follow me if asked.
Where do you see yourself in the Guard 10 years from now?
10 years from now I would like to be in more of a lead position.
If you get promoted today what would you do to make your section better?
If I were promoted today, in order to make my section better, I would make sure that the airmen get trained properly in their position. I would make sure that I was approachable for them to learn and teach them in any way that I can. I would also be the front line for the senior nco's,
