What is the Ban? (i.e. what are the requirements)
(HEREM) KILL EVERYONE, TAKE NO LOOT FOR YOURSELF, DESTROY ALL PROPERTY, GIVE IT TO PRIEST WHO WILL SACRIFICE IT
