Late 50s National show
Upon release, it barely cracks the Top 100 charts. Clark has Eddy perform it on American Bandstand. It soars to #15.
-In three years, Eddy would score Top 100 hits with 16 songs. 15 of them were performed on Clark's shows before becoming a hit.
-Eddy's royalties were 3%. 97% of what his music earned went to the others! Perhaps rightfully so.
