What does it take for a bill to become law?
A bill has to be presented to the President of the Untied States, and he or she has to approve it. If he or she doesn't approve it then it gets sent back to the house and if 2/3s of the house votes to pass it then it gets sent to a different house and if 2/3 of that house approves it, the bill becomes a law. It has to pass through the House and Senate (majority vote), and it has to be approved by the President and signed.

To borrow money from the US, to coin money, to establish post offices and post roads, to provide and maintain a Navy, to regulate commerce with foreign nations

It gives them the power to make laws, Necessary and Proper Clause, Elastic Clause
What is the term of office of the president, and what are the qualifications for the office of president?
The President can hold office for 4 years, he has to be a natural born U.S., had residency for 14 years, and has to be 35 years.
What is the oath of office of the president?
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
