What is the phraseology to climb an aircraft to VFR-on-top?
"Climb to and report reaching VFR-on-top"
What is the altitude assignment rule for SVFR?
Do not assign a fixed altitude when applying vertical separation, but clear the SVFR aircraft at or below an altitude which is at least 500ft below any conflicting IFR traffic but not below the MSA
Special Visual Flight Rules
Who cannot be delayed to approve SVFR?
When can an aircraft be cleared for a contact approach?

-A standard or special instrument approach procedure has been published and is functioning for the airport of intended landing
Who is not prohibited by the ground visibility below one mile rule?
Helicopter SVFR flights
What is the phraseology for aircraft to maintain VFR-on-top?
Basic radar services for VFR aircraft must include?
-Limited radar vectoring when requested by the pilot
-Sequencing at locations where procedures have been established for this purpose and/or covered by a LOA
What is a Visual Approach?
A visual approach is an ATC authorization for an aircraft on an IFR flight plan to proceed visually to an airport of intended landing; it is not an instrument approach.
Vectors for Visual Approach
A vector for a visual approach may be initiated if the reported ceiling at the airport of intended landing is at least 500ft above the MVA/MIA and the visibility is 3 miles or greater
What conditions must be met for VFR-on-top?
-The pilot requests the clearance
