Origin: ulna & interosseous membrane

Insertion: palmar base of distal phalanges of four fingers

Action: flexion of distal interphalangeal joints of fingers

Innervation: median nerve (lateral half of muscle associated with fingers 1 & 2), ulnar nerve (medial half of muscles associated with fingers 3 & 4)
Flexor Pollicis Longus
Origin: radius and interosseous membrane, lateral to fix dig profundus muscle

Insertion: distal phalanx of thumb

Action: flexion of thumb

Innervation: median nerve
Pronator Quadratus
Origin: distal ulna

Insertion: distal radius (located deep to flx dig profundus)

Action: pronation of forearm

Innervation: median nerve
